Research on resistance coefficient of equalizers for air exhaust

By physical experiment on the equalizer for air exhaust and numerical simulation on the wind speed and pressure in main air duct, obtains the calculation formula of maximum resistance coefficient of the equalizer for air exhaust in the main air duct, and studies the correlation between resistance coefficient and closing degree of windward valves and leeward valves. The results show that when the exhaust system uniformly discharges air, the leeward valves of equalizers for air exhaust in the first half of the main air duct are all closed, the closing degrees of windward valves gradually decrease, the windward valves of equalizers for air exhaust in the second half of the main air duct are all opened, the closing degrees of leeward valves are reduced gradually in the mass. If the leeward valve is fully closed, as the closing degree of windward valves gradually increases, the resistance coefficient is decreased first then increased. If the windward valve is fully opened, as the closing degree of leeward valves gradually increases, the resistance coefficient is increased at first then decreased.
